In Delphi, when you select File->new, you will find a tab called "Namespace Extensions".

The first thing you see in the wizard is a descriptive welcome page.

The wizard lets you fill in the properties of your project.

You can choose the type of namespace extension you want to create.

For every type of namespace extension, you can enter some additional details.

You can make detailed choices determining what your namespace will be like.
